🎁 Free starting credits for everyone

How do credits work in Tamleli‑Pro?

The goal is to keep Tamleli‑Pro available and genuinely useful for students, researchers and professionals, while keeping server usage fair and sustainable over time. Credits help control heavy processing (transcription and summaries) without limiting your access to existing work.

What do you get when you start?

  • Free starter credits – enough to transcribe and summarize several calls or interviews so you can really try the system.
  • Access to all main features – transcription player, smart summaries, custom summary templates and, when relevant, qualitative thematic analysis.
  • Your data stays in your Drive – all transcripts, summaries and analyses are stored only in your personal Google Drive in the Tamleli‑Pro folder.

And when credits run out?

  • Fair‑use extensions – you can request extra free credits, especially for academic work, research projects or graduation theses. Requests are approved according to server load and usage profile.
  • Full access to existing work – even without additional credits you can still read, edit and export existing transcripts and analyses you already created.

Credits are measured internally based on processing time. You don’t have to track exact numbers – Tamleli‑Pro will warn you when you are close to the limit and suggest options to continue.

Requesting free credits & supporting the project

To keep usage fair and sustainable, there are two main ways to continue when your balance is low:

  • 1. Request additional free credits for academic / personal use
Inside the app you’ll find a short form where you can describe your use case – e.g. thesis research, course project, field work. I’ll do my best to extend your balance where possible.
  • 2. Support development and receive a thank‑you bundle
If you choose to support Tamleli‑Pro (via the “Support & Credits” page inside the app), you’ll receive an extra bundle of credits as a small thank‑you. Support is entirely optional – the app remains available even if you cannot contribute.

Credits are provided as a practical benefit, not as a formal service purchase. Policies may be adjusted over time to match server capacity and maintenance costs.
